In the FILM POET, host Nikhil Melnechuk introduces you to a new wave of poets working in film. Episode 1 features Nicholas Motyka, a filmmaker at Ideal Glass Gallery, director of "Squat Thrust Down Beats," "Linda & the Worm," and numerous music videos and short art documentaries.

NIKHIL MELNECHUK is an award-winning filmmaker and poet, and a graduate of Wesleyan University. He is Executive Director of Bowery Arts+Science which runs the Bowery Poetry Club. His latest short films Jack and Jill and Something Happened are currently on the festival circuit.
