SARAH HERRINGTON ( is an author, poet and yogi. She's a graduate of NYU and studied abroad on the Bowery. Her writing has appeared in the New York Times, SFChroncile, Smokelong Quarterly and she was named by Oprah Mag a "Poet to Watch." She has worked for Gotham Writers' Workshop and Girls Write Now and is the author of Always Moving, published by Bowery Books along with several books on yoga. In addition to writing she teaches yoga and creativity to youth and trains other teachers to do the same through OM Schooled.

PHOENIX NATASHA RUSSELL has held several positions within various Profit and Non-For-Profit agencies which included working as an Outreach Associate, a Legal Advocate and is a Group Facilitator for “The TransView” a transgender Support Group for both male and female Trans individuals. Ms. Russell has a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences obtained in 1982; an Associate degree in Bookkeeping and Accounting obtained in 1992, is a licensed Cosmetologist, a licensed Bartender (Mixologist) and she has a CASAC (Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor). She is driven by the need to assist and guide any and all LGBTQ individuals navigate through the daily trials and tribulations of life, as society often gives LGBTQ people of various backgrounds and ethnicities a difficult time.
