His pamphlets Visa Wedding and Oam are published by Stewed Rhubarb; he was the 2009 BBC Scotland slam champion; he founded Inky Fingers Spoken Word in Edinburgh; and his work was shortlisted for the UK's biggest poetry prize, the Edwin Morgan Award, in 2014. He's currently touring Ontario, Quebec and Montreal.
