JUAN KANAGUI (www.badlovepoetry.com) says "I am a poet and fiction writer living in the Bronx, NY. I am originally from Fresno, California via Mexico, with a Japanese twist. My first poetry performance was at the Bowery Poetry Club in 2008. Since then I’ve performed poetry at Carnegie Hall, Symphony Space, and the Blue Note Jazz Festival with the violin-trio Villalobos Brothers, the Nuyorican Poets Café, and other poetry festivals. I write bad love poetry for a living and as a side gig I work in development for non-profit organizations.
