Since falling in love with the harp at the tender age of six, Lucinda’s passion for music was born. With a musical background that saw her session play for James Blunt, Robbie Williams, Rufus Wainright, The Pet shop Boys, Natalie Cole, Annie Lennox and more Lucinda took the foreground and with the launch of her critically acclaimed debut album My Voice and 45 strings (Island) this Oscar nominated British singer, composer and harpist proved to be a concert draw appearing at highly acclaimed concert halls (The Barbican, Royal Opera House, Concertgebouw..), to the ever increasing popular festivals, (London Jazz Festival, Love Supreme, Womad..) all the way to the intimate national and international jazz and cabaret venues.. Lucinda ’s versatility as an artist has led to her wide appeal which bears a greater reflection of her attitude towards music that sees her flirt with musical genres and people’s expectations all whilst delivering memorable songs through entertaining performance.
